Jamaican Dancehall Artist Jcapri Dead

The dancehall Diva, real name Jordan Phillips commonly known as J Capri, passed away on Friday due to complications from injuries she received from a car crash two weeks ago.

The “Reverse It” singer met into a deadly car accident on November 22 along Barbican Road in Kingston when she lost control of her Mercedes Benz C-Class. The car crash into a wall and flipped several times before coming to an halt.

Her death sent shock waves through the dancehall fraternity in Jamaica and the world at large.

However, it seems that her death is raising more questions than answers.

Her father, Kenneth Phillips, confirmed that she might have died from a bacteria infection that she contracted at the hospital.

“There are some speculations that she had a lung infection so we are trying to get the full details on that,” said Phillips.

Phillips says that the family is waiting on an autopsy result before making an official statement.

May her soul rest in eternal peace.

28 years old businessman, Steve Mbogo is the new baller in town who has left many questioning his success journey.

Steve who is commonly known as Honorable Steve Mbogo was ranked the richest man under 30 in East Africa by Forbes in 2014.

The self proclaimed honorable spent close to Ksh. 10 million on his 28th birthday in early November.

During his birthday, 20 champagne bottles were lifted for a toast and Ksh. 1000 notes blown in the air like dust, littering on the floor and no one was interested in collecting.

Early December Mbogo shelled out Ksh. 40million to hire a yacht for two high flying American musicians Trey Songs and Big Sean to perform in Abu Dhabi.

Multi platinum recording artist, five times Grammy award winner and hip hop sensational star B. O. B graced Kenya’s stage on Saturday for the Jameson live party at Ngong.

The hip hop star who gave his Kenyan fans a moment to remember with his amazing hip hop jams like ‘Memories’ ft T. I and Kendrick Lamar among others described Kenya as a land of opportunities and blessings.

He went ahead and demonstrated his love for children acknowledging that children are the future of this world.

Night life in Naivasha will come to a stand still when the self proclaimed King of Dance hall Wyre and the lover boy Pilipili drops to the Buffalo Mall on 28th November as from 7pm till dawn.

The much awaited party that is dubbed “Revolution Experience” has been a topic of discussion in the town for the past couple of weeks.

Pilipili known for his hit songs Morale and Mpaka Che, is expected to bring down the house with his latest single twende tuparty.

The legendary Wyre being the house hold name is expected to perform his hit collaboration  Nakupenda pia with the Jamaican sensational Alaine.

There will be live mixes from SpinCycle mix master Dj Kaytrix alongside Kenya’s top female mix mistress Dj Pierra.
